CCH offers an
individualized training program that lets you learn
how to use CCH CD-ROM products in a setting that you
are comfortable with and familiar with…your own
office. Convenient and personalized, you set the time
and choose the training topics, and a trainer will
call you.
Training typically
lasts one hour and includes a product-specific
workbook that you receive before the training
session. Training programs are currently available
for subscribers to Government Contracts Reports,
Federal Securities Law Reports, and Capital Changes
Reports. The training costs $75 per hour.
Upon completion of
your teletraining, you will be able to:
- Start the
program.
- Identify the
publications and topics available on your
CD-ROM.
- Choose the
appropriate research method to find
information.
- Print and
download documents and keep a record of your
research.
- Find help and
other support options.
