In order to facilitate a more efficient research experience, Corporations and Business Organizations Law content has become two separate practice area nodes on IntelliConnect. Now, all of your LLC, partnership and "S" Corporation resources can be found under the "Business Organizations" node, and your entire C" Corporation formation and corporate governance materials are found under "Corporation Law" on the browse tree.
