The Federal Securities Regulation Integrated Library now offers the following:
The Securities Litigation Smart Charts provide quick access to the relevant case law on salient aspects of securities litigation. The charts, organized by topic and then by federal circuit, allow for easy comparison across circuits, saving hours of research time. Substantive overviews, written by Wolters Kluwer attorney-editors for each topic, link directly to the most significant cases. Links to additional cases allow for deeper review. The charts also include links to Federal Securities Law Reporter explanations as well as two of the most authoritative treatises on securities litigation—Securities Regulation by Louis Loss, Joel Seligman and Troy Paredes, and Securities Litigation Under the PSLRA by Michael Perino.
The new content can be found on IntelliConnect in the Securities (Federal) practice area. The Smart Charts can also be found in the Practice Tools section.
