Federal Civil Practice now available on Cheetah™

Federal Civil Practice takes a step-by-step approach to federal practice, discussing the intricacies of federal civil procedure and providing key insights on the application of the rules of procedure. This treatise helps practitioners understand the “preliminary considerations” to think about prior to filing—such as conducting an investigation pursuant to Rule 11, choosing a forum, and conducting legal research. More than simple explanations of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the treatise provides guidance on planning litigation strategy and tactics. Training Tip for RBsource/RBsourceFilings

Question: Can I customize RBsource/RBsourceFilings so that I can quickly focus on specific content?

Answer: Yes, you can easily manage what you see in RBSource/RBsourceFilings. If you have an attorney who focuses on specific content, or if their Securities Act handbook is full of bookmarks, then Managing Content Collections may be a helpful and timesaving tool. Here are the easy steps:

  1. Use the drop down arrow next to "All Content" and select the "Manage Content Collections" button at the bottom of the pop up box
    RBsource - Manage Content Collections
  2. A new box will appear. Select "Create New Collection" on the bottom right corner
    RBsource - Create New Collection
  3. Now you can customize by adding your chosen content by checking the appropriate boxes. You're creating your own personal collection.
    RBsource - Customize
  4. After selecting "Continue," you can now title your collection and even select to make this personalized collection your RBSource Home Page. Make sure to "Save" once you are finished. These personalized collections will always be available to you by using the drop down arrow next to "All Content" on the RBSource home page.
