Construction Law Integrated Library—Coming Fall 2008

The highly-regarded Aspen Publishers Redbook Series of construction law titles will be offered on the CCH Internet Research NetWork in the Construction Law Integrated Library. The Library will consist of 16 Aspen Publishers titles and three CCH public construction titles. The content will be grouped into contracting resources, claims and disputes resources, newsletters and journals, and state-specific construction titles. Three Smart Charts will also be available for researching a topic across multiple jurisdictions.

Global Climate Change Law Guide—Coming Fall 2008

The Global Climate Change Law Guide is an online service that gives the legal requirements and obligations for emissions trading schemes and other interrelated laws of key regions and countries from around the world.

The Guide is an essential tool for anyone involved in the implementation and management of emissions trading and related programs, and meeting legal and reporting obligations.

Can search results be displayed in date order?

If 'Sort by Relevance' is turned off (in Search Tools or within Preferences/Set Search Options), then search results will be displayed based on the organization of the targeted databases. The results will be displayed based on layout of data within the tab and within each publication. If a database contents are populated in date order, e.g., SEC No-Action Letters, then search results will be displayed in date order when 'Sort by Relevance' is turned off.
