The following new topics can now be researched among multiple jurisdictions using Smart Charts in the Blue Sky Law Reporter—Internet:
With the Smart Charts tool, you select a topic and the jurisdictions, and Smart Charts retrieves the information and presents it in a chart or matrix format. Results include links to full text of relevant laws and other sources.
SmartRelate expanded to include Insights newsletter
SmartRelate automatically provides links to related documents when viewing a document in the CCH Federal Securities Law Reporter and Securities Regulation by Loss, Seligman and Paredes. Now SmartRelate will also link to related newsletter articles from Insights: The Corporate & Securities Law Advisor by Amy L. Goodman.

New Module for CCH Worldwide Tax Rates & Answers—coming March 2008
Worldwide Tax Rates and Answers is an innovative tax compliance and research tool that allows you to quickly access real-time country-specific national and local tax rates and forms and instructions in English. Current modules cover Emerging Markets and Europe. The newest module will cover Central and Eastern Europe which includes these countries: Turkey, Norway, the Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia and Azerbaijan.
