New case table for CCH Federal Banking
Law Reporter
A new case table for the CCH Federal Banking Law Reporter has been added to IntelliConnect (found under Indexes and Tables in the Federal Banking section) and on the CCH Internet Research NetWork (found under Finding Devices on the Banking tab). The case table contains links to all case annotations and the full text of court decisions in the Federal Banking Law Reporter since 1945. Current cases will be added to the case table on a weekly basis to reflect any decisions in the current report. This new case table became available on February 12.

Improvements to IntelliForms interactive
forms platform
IntelliForms—the platform and tool for accessing perform plus III tax forms, WK forms for Blue Sky, Government Contracts, IRA Guide, Pension, Payroll, HR and Employment—now has the following improvements:

• Improved speed in launching IntelliForms
• Reduction in time required to open a blank form and to create a new client
• Users may now insert a text field and use bold formatting for worksheets and statements included with scannable forms

Our CCH Securities editorial staff is writing a new briefing paper on the Hiring Incentives to Restore Employment Act (HIRE), HR 2847, also known as the Jobs Bill. In particular, the paper will explain the impact on foreign financial institutions, which face new reporting and tax withholding requirements under the legislation.
