Why do I get an error message when I use the browser 'Back' button?
This happens when the browser's memory cache is full. Within MS IE: Delete the temporary Internet files by clicking Tools command, selecting Internet Options, and then clicking 'Delete Files' within Temporary Internet Files section. (Alternatively you can also expand the size of your browser's memory cache to allow it to hold more Web pages.)
