NASD Manual becomes FINRA Manual

All print subscribers to the NASD Manual should have by now received a new binder and contents under the rulebook’s new name, FINRA Manual. The first update to the new FINRA Manual will be mailed before month’s end, as “Report No. 1.” The old NASD Manual should either be destroyed or clearly marked as obsolete/no longer updated. Online subscribers will find the manual re-titled and updated as changes occurs.

CCH observes 2000^th issue of the Government Contracts Report Letter

In honor of the 2000^th issue of the Government Contracts report letter, our Government Contracting editors have created a special edition of the weekly Report Letter—commemorating its history while reporting the weekly news just as it was done 1,999 times before.

The banner from the 1946 report letter was recreated for the special edition, and the back pages have reprints of stories and graphics from the original “GC Reports, Priorities War Law Service.”

This new white paper discusses the various tax and planning implications that arise as a result of investment in the Madoff Ponzi scheme. You can create a customized list of publication/database titles on the My CCH tab. To create this list, from any library tab, click on the CCH icon next to a publication title to add a link to that title into 'Favorite Publications' section of the My CCH tab (and turn the CCH icon blue). You can create a link for each of your favorite publications and search them all at once by checking the ‘Select all’ box on the My CCH tab. (To remove a title from the My CCH tab, click on the blue CCH icon.)
