Transfer Book issued for CCH Trade Regulation Reporter

Each year, the CCH Trade Regulation Reporter issues a Transfer Book in order to avoid overcrowding in Volume 7 of the Reporter. These Trade Cases Transfer Books house approximately six months of court decision reporting. The Trade Cases series goes back to 1932-1939 Trade Cases. The Transfer Book for 2007-1 Trade Cases is the 97th in the series and was sent to subscribers on October 11, 2007. The Transfer Book houses ¶75,542 through ¶75,766.

 

 

Balotti and Finkelstein publications now on Topic Navigator

Topic Navigator, a tool that allows for searching across multiple publications, now maps to two new publications, The Delaware Law of Corporations and Business Organizations by Balotti and Finkelstein and Delaware General Corporation Law. White paper analyzing U.S. implementation of the Basel II Accord

Federal banking agencies recently approved final regulations for implementing the Basel II Accord in the United States. It replaces the 1988 Basel I Accord, which had become outdated for large, complex banking organizations. The primary goal of Basel II is to provide more risk-sensitive capital requirements for the largest, most complex banks and improve risk management practices at those institutions, all while fostering international consistency.
