New York Board of Trade Guide renamed ICE Futures

The New York Board of Trade has been renamed ICE Futures. Subscribers will find the renaming in effect online immediately, on the Exchanges and SROs tab of the Internet Research NetWork. Print subscribers will be receiving new binders and contents in December.

 

 

SEC Staff Comment Letters

SEC Staff Comment Letters is a new fully searchable database of SEC staff comment letters and issuer responses. These letters provide important guidance and insight into how the SEC is interpreting and handling issues.

 

The database is organized by filing category—registrations, periodic and current reports, mutual funds, proxy materials, Williams Act filings (mergers & acquisitions) and other filings. Within each filing category you will be able to search by specific document types such as forms and schedules. Other search options include subject, public-availability date and citation. In addition, handy links to the text of the source form allow quick reference to SEC disclosure requirements. As the database contains more than 50,000 documents and is growing rapidly, these improved search options will expedite and simplify your research.

 

 

New edition of Guide to Internal Controls

Guide to Internal Controls Under Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, 2nd Edition examines the mandate of Section 404 and subsequent rulemaking and guidance. The new second edition covers SEC guidance and PCAOB Auditing Standard No. 5 adopted in May 2007. The guide is available as a print publication and is also part of the CCH Corporate Governance Integrated Library.

Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Reporter newsletters

now on the CCH Internet Research NetWork

Report letters from January 4, 2007 through the current month are now included with Internet subscriptions to the CCH Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Reporter. Printed report letters will no longer be mailed. This includes report letters for Statutes and Regulations, as well as Opinions, Orders, and Decisions. (Print subscribers will continue to receive printed report letters along with their updates.)

Note:  The CD format for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Reporter has been discontinued.

 

 

Smart Charts added to CCH Business Franchise Guide and CCH Advertising Law Guide

Quick reference Smart Charts have been added to two CCH reporters on the Antitrust and Trade Regulation tab on the Internet Research NetWork. My search results list contains a document that is Part 1 of Part 2.  How do I get to Part 2?

At the top of the document view, there is a toolbar. There are Previous and Next buttons under Search Results as well as under Nearby Documents. Using the Previous or Next button under Nearby Documents allows you to move out of your Search Results list and move to the previous or next physical document as it is organized in the publication.  If your search results list contains a document that is Part 1 of Part 2, clicking the Next under Nearby Documents will take you to Part 2.
