The new sixth edition by Ralph C. Nash and Leonard Rawicz clearly explains the rules covering the statutes and regulations in this critical area of contracting. The sixth edition is newly formatted as a single hardcover volume instead of three separate softcover books. The treatise includes the crucial changes made to FAR Part 27—Patents, Data and Copyrights and covers the Bayh-Dole Act, DFARS, NFS, and other regulations. It also addresses the steps needed to segregate and protect private work from the government work—even while maintaining research activity. The new format includes an optional annual supplement that covers relevant statutes, regulations and case law changes from the past year that reference citations in the main volume.
