Training tip for IntelliConnect

How can I create custom
links to specific material?

Open the browse tree and drill down into selected content. You can click the checkbox(es) for desired material and then click the chain link command (top right of browse tree pane) to open a window with the URLs for selected items. You can expand any of these items to check additional boxes and include links to underlying materials. Scroll down to the bottom of this window and click on “Copy URLs to Windows Clipboard.” Then open another application (MS Word, Email) and Paste your clipboard contents. You can then use those URLs to create Browser Favorites, customize web pages, incorporate into communications/
presentations, etc.
