PRODUCT NEWS

Financial Reform QuickCharts now offers daily updating

Reflecting the increased pace of changes and requirements arising from the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010, the Federal Securities and Federal Banking QuickCharts-Financial Reform now offers daily updating.

The menu of time-period choices for the highlighting feature (new material highlighted in yellow) has also been expanded. You can now select from these time periods: within the last 1, 7, 14, 30, 60, 90 or 120 days. Any new material from the selected period will then be highlighted in yellow.

The Federal Securities and Federal Banking QuickCharts-Financial Reform offers a topic-based method to monitor ongoing requirements and ramifications of the bill including added, amended or repealed law, effective dates, related agency guidance and releases, rulemaking, regulations and case law. With the QuickCharts, you're able to quickly understand and track of all the regulatory changes resulting from the new legislation in order to ensure compliance.

New Smart Chart Provides State Franchise Registration Fees

A new Business Franchise Guide State Fees Smart Chart provides IntelliConnect users with information on fees for registration, renewals, amendments, and exemptions under the state franchise laws. In addition to including fee information for the 15 states regulating franchise sales, the Smart Chart provides citations to statutes or regulations imposing such fees, links to the text of relevant provisions in the CCH Business Franchise Guide, and brief explanatory comments. The Smart Chart appears in the Franchise and Distribution Practice Area and under Practice Tools on IntelliConnect.
