SEC No-Action Letters are now grouped by year to allow for more targeted browsing and searching, along with faster access to the document lists. Just open the section that contains the period of time you need (such as 1990 to 2003) to see the No-Action Letters listed by year. This change will expedite research of this very important primary source content.
A new publication called "European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA)" that contains selected documents from this new European Union body has replaced the Committee of European Securities Regulators (CESR) publication. The CESR material is now retained as an archive. Also included is a summary and link to the recently issued Basel III standards developed in a response to the deficiencies in financial regulation revealed by the global financial crisis. Basel III strengthens bank capital requirements and introduces new regulatory requirements on bank liquidity and bank leverage.
