4. Click OK to download the new templates. You will automatically be logged in and the templates will be downloaded.

TIP: In the future, if you want to automatically download citation templates without being prompted, click the checkbox next to "Do not prompt me again" in the Download Citation Templates dialog box before clicking "OK".

To go directly to the Enter screen:

1. Right-click on the icon on your desktop or system tray .

3. Leave the User ID and Password blank, and for the Login URL make sure it says "http://business.cch.com/ipnetwork". Click "OK".

4. Now when you login with CCH Login Express you will be brought directly to the Enter screen.

To go directly to a Library tab or publication using CCH Link Express:

1. Click on the CCH Link Express icon at the top of the tab that you would like as your default. If you do not see the CCH Link Express icon on your screen then you must first go into your preferences to display the icon and check the box that says "Access CCH with CCH IP Automatic Access (must be an IP customer)."

2. The CCH Link Express pop up window will appear with the URL. Click the "Copy to Clipboard" button.

3. Right-click on the icon on your desktop or system tray .
