SEC Approves FASB Accounting Support Fee

The SEC approved the Financial Accounting Standards Board's 2007 budget and annual accounting support fee. After reviewing submissions by the board, the SEC determined that FASB's 2007 budget and annual accounting support fee were consistent with Section 109 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
