Accountant Suspended After Injunctions Entered

An accountant was suspended from practicing before the Commission. The individual had previously been enjoined from future violations and otherwise sanctioned by a federal district court. As alleged, the accountant participated in a fraudulent scheme in which a company made misleading disclosures in its Form 10-K. The Commission charged that the accountant substantially participated in the preparation and signed each filing, and that he knew, or was reckless in not knowing, that each filing was misleading.
