
Use Practice Areas (access from the top menu commands) to choose which content you would like to be included when searching 'all content' wtihin IntelliConnect. Any content within unselected Practice Areas will be hidden from view and unavailable for searching or browsing.
Turn Auto Tabs OFF (icon is located on the upper right margin, under Search
Options). Any subsequent search will automatically replace the contents of the
current tab.

Scroll to bottom of a search results page and change the setting for number
of results per page: 10, 25[default], 50, or 100. This new setting will stay
in place for all subsequent searches until you change it.

When viewing a document, click on the link for Document Path to open a listing of Browse tree topics indicating the location of the document
within your subscription contents. You can click on any topic within the Document
Path to go directly to that location in the Browse tree and access nearby material.

After drilling down through the Browse tree menu, you can select specific items,
(the search scope will automatically change to 'selected content), enter an
asterisk (*) into the search expression box, and click Go. The asterisk (*)
is a wildcard that looks for all characters so it will not restrict the search
and you'll retrieve everything that you've selected.

Simply refresh your browser and it's as if you've just logged in to IntelliConnect.
Your display will refresh and you'll be back on the IntelliConnect Home page with the Browse tree collapsed and your search tabs gone.

Open the Browse tree and drill down into selected content. You can click the
checkbox(es) for desired material and then click the chain link command (top
right of browse tree pane) to open a window with the URLs for selected items.
You can expand any of these items to check additional boxes and include links
to underlying materials. Scroll down to the bottom of this window and click
on 'Copy URLs to Windows Clipboard'. Then open another application (MS Word,
Email) and Paste your clipboard contents. You can then use those URLs to create
Browser Favorites, customize web pages, incorporate into communications/presentations,
etc.

You can personalize your default Preferences within IntelliConnect.
Click Preferences (top right menu), check the box: When printing, emailing and
exporting documents, always include "document path", and click OK
to save your customized settings.
