When you enter a document, at the top of the screen you have the option to export or print the document. Depending on the format of the document you are viewing, you will see the option to save as a Word or PDF; you can also print to your printer. Click any of those links and follow the on-screen prompts. Additionally, you have the option to email a document as an HTML link or PDF.
